Our Mission

At OrthoZone, our mission is to ensure that patients receive the most advanced care. Our office regularly attends seminars and conferences devoted to new treatments, new technologies and excellent patient care practices. With patient care as our top priority, this is our commitment to you.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Payment Options

We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We accept all major credit cards and offer financing options through CareCredit. In-house interest free payment plans are also available. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will electronically file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, any unpaid insurance balance will be transferred to the responsible party.
